Purpose of the website
Zubibook ("the website") is an online service that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised PDF activity workbooks for children with dyslexia, ADHD or autism (ASD). The service combines the age, main difficulty and language indicated by the user to create a workbook tailored to that specific profile.
The service is aimed at families and professionals in education and healthcare (speech therapists, educational psychologists, counsellors, schools) resident in the European Union, and is offered in several languages.
Terms of use
Accessing and using this website grants user status and implies full acceptance of the terms included in this Legal Notice. The user undertakes to make appropriate and lawful use of the website, its content and the workbooks generated, in accordance with applicable law, good faith, public order and this Legal Notice.
Use of the website for unlawful or harmful purposes, or in any way that could cause damage or prevent the normal operation of the service, is prohibited.
Intellectual property
All content on the website (text, design, logo, code, pedagogical templates, workbook structure and other graphic elements) is owned by Potencia Digital or by third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations.
Workbooks generated and downloaded through the service are licensed for the personal, family or professional use of the user who requested them, and may not be resold or commercially redistributed without express authorisation from Potencia Digital.
What Zubibook is and isn't
Zubibook is not a healthcare provider or an accredited educational institution. We offer support and reinforcement material; it does not replace diagnosis, speech therapy, educational psychology or any professional therapy.
The material generated has a purely educational support and reinforcement purpose, designed to practise at home, in the classroom or in clinic, alongside the assessment and follow-up carried out by qualified healthcare or education professionals. It never constitutes a diagnosis, a therapeutic prescription or clinical treatment.
Accordingly, Potencia Digital assumes no liability for medical, therapeutic or educational decisions the user makes based solely on the downloaded material, nor for specific learning outcomes resulting from its use. The user is responsible for assessing, together with the relevant professionals, whether the material is suitable for each individual child. Potencia Digital does not guarantee that the service is free of errors or interruptions, although it will take reasonable measures to ensure its correct operation.
Limits of liability
We are not a certification body or an official authority; we provide support tools/services that do not replace certification, inspection or an administrative decision. We are not liable for misuse of the platform or for infringements by third parties.

Applicable law
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.
